Eligibility
Persons with mental retardation, cerebral palsy, epilepsy or any other condition, other than mental illness, are found to be closely related to mental retardation because this condition results in impairment of general intellectual functioning 01 adaptive behavior similar to that of a mentally retarded person.
Adults within the range of 18-70 years of age with emotional or physical illness qualify for the Supervised Independent Living Program. Individuals within the age range of infant to 99 years of age qualify for Respite and PCA services.
