Families First Choice, Inc. is committed to helping persons with developmental disabilities to live in a manner which replicates as closely as possible the least restrictive setting in the community.
With the cooperation of family members and the collaborative effort of a multi-disciplinary staff, Families First Choice, Inc. will be able to provide Behavioral Management Strategies and Care Plan Development necessary to maintain a quality life for the developmentally disabled.
Programs will be developed to include Self-Care Skills Training, Medical Social Services, and Opportunitise for Social Interaction, Recreational Activities and Community Support Resources that will aid developmentally disabled individuals to achieve as independent a lifestyle as possible.
Our support services also extend to family members – so that they may be able to adjust to changes in their standards of living in order to accommodate the needs of their developmentally disabled loved one.
